Auto Payment Terms and Conditions

These Auto Payment Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your enrollment in and use of our automatic billing services for recurring monthly and yearly payments.

1. Authorization for Auto Payment

By enrolling in auto payment, you authorize Smoking Bull Cigar Lounge to automatically charge your designated payment method for the agreed subscription amount on a recurring basis.

• Monthly Plan: You will be charged once every month on the billing date.
• Yearly Plan: You will be charged once every year on the billing date.

2. Billing Date

• The initial payment will be charged on the day you enroll.
• Subsequent payments will be processed automatically on the same calendar day each month/year.
• If your billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may occur on the next business day.

3. Payment Method

You must provide a valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and valid at all times.

4. Failed Payments

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason:

• We may retry the charge up to [3] times within a [7]-day period.
• Access to services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

• Monthly Plan: Auto-renews every month unless cancelled.
• Yearly Plan: Auto-renews every year unless cancelled at least [7] days prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your auto payment at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. No Refunds

Payments made under this auto payment agreement are non-refundable, except as required by law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
